By accessing or using PriceSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PriceSnap provides an AI-powered price checking and value estimation service. Users can upload images of items to receive estimated market values based on publicly available data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Free allowances and Pro subscriptions

PriceSnap offers guest and signed-in Free allowances as described on the Pricing page. Allowances may reset daily or monthly and may be adjusted prospectively to protect service availability. PriceSnap Pro is a recurring subscription billed by PayPal on the monthly or annual schedule you choose. Prices, included usage, renewal timing, and any savings are shown before approval.

You can cancel a PayPal subscription from the PriceSnap Pricing page or your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals after PayPal confirms it; previously paid charges are not automatically refunded except where required by law. Saved history and collections remain available on Free after cancellation. Website purchases are not offered inside the iOS app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Price estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive valuations. Actual market values may vary significantly from estimates provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price estimates.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRICESNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PriceSnap and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload but grant us a license to process them for providing the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
