Questions before you choose
Do I need an account for my first result?
No. Guest access works without signing in, and your first answer comes with no sign-up prompt. Guest results are kept for 30 days after your last visit; a free account keeps them.
What counts as a valuation?
A valuation only counts when we price your item. It doesn't count if we get the item wrong, can't identify it, find too little evidence, the search fails, or we already had the answer.
What happens when I use all 100?
Pro has no daily limit, but you get at most 100 valuations a month. They come back each month on the day your plan started. On the monthly plan, that's the day it renews. The trial has its own 25 valuations, and Pro's 100 a month start with your first payment.
Does Pro work in the PriceSnap app?
Yes, in the Android app. Sign in with the same account and your plan comes with you.
What happens when the Pro trial ends?
We charge the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel first. We email you 3 days before the first charge, with a link to cancel. Checkout shows the date and the amount before you add your card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in two clicks from your account. Pro stays on until the end of the trial or the period you paid for. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged at all.
Why might I see ads?
Ads help fund the free service. They appear on guides and checker pages, below the answer, and without Pro you may also see one below a finished result. They are always labelled. There are no ads on your library, your account or this page, and none with Pro.
