What changed

We closed grocery comparison so PriceSnap can focus on four jobs: what something is worth, selling it, finding it cheaper and checking whether a price is a good deal.

Grocery barcodes, receipts and shopping lists no longer get store prices. Nothing is charged for them.

Your saved grocery data

Saved grocery lists, baskets and receipt scans are not moved to the new PriceSnap.

Before we delete them, we email everyone who used grocery comparison with a copy of their lists. The deletion date is posted on this page when it is set, and we delete the data on that date. We do not keep it in storage.

• Your supermarkets' own apps and websites show their current prices, offers and loyalty prices.
• Grocery price-comparison sites in your country compare a whole shop across stores.
• Unit prices on shelf labels are the quickest way to compare sizes in the store.

What PriceSnap can still do for your budget

Why did grocery comparison stop?

We decided to focus PriceSnap on items people buy, own and sell, where recent sales and listings show what something is worth.

Can I still scan a grocery barcode?

You can, but PriceSnap no longer prices groceries, so you will not get a store comparison or a charge.

How do I get a copy of my grocery lists?

We email a copy to every past grocery user before the data is deleted. If you need help, email support@pricesnap.ai.
